Full-stack engineer in training, currently exploring AI and automation. I manage a gelato store by day and build the tools that store actually needed — the same instinct for noticing what's broken, now pointed at bigger problems.
As Store Manager at Gelato Messina, I kept seeing the same problem: knowing which flavours needed churning, how much stock was left, and when production should start meant constantly checking a phone or walking the floor. So I built a tool that shows it at a glance.
A busy store floor doesn't need more data — it needs the right three numbers, visible fast.
I'd rather ship something small that removes a real friction than something impressive that nobody needed.
Curiosity, not credentials, is what keeps you useful. I'd rather try things early.
